Move to Cody, Wyoming!

There are many good reasons to consider a move to Cody, Wyoming. Low taxes, proximity to Yellowstone, small town values, great schools, scenic vistas and spectacular wildlife are just a few of those reasons.

Cody's climate is also a well-kept secret. We have 300 days of sunshine per year and moderate temperatures both in winter and summer.

With our elevation of 5,000 feet, during the summer there is a 30-40 degree difference between high and low temps assuring that even hot summer days cool down nicely in the evening.

In the winter, temperatures tend to hover between 20 and 45 degrees, with only a few days dropping below zero. Snowfall is minimal with only 3 to 6 feet for the entire winter. There is grass on the ground far more than there is snow on the ground during winter.

Cody's crime rate is also less than one reported crime per day and violent crimes are extremely rare.

Cody is business-friendly and has far fewer regulations than you find east of the Mississippi. We've had a steady growth rate of about 100 people per year for the last 30 years. With a population of 9,000, Cody is big enough for all your needs but small enough to enjoy a relaxed, unhurried lifestyle.

For these reasons and many more, we highly recommend Cody as a great place to live. Click here for a free relocation guide.
